If you’re already approved on Uber or Lyft — no background check needed. Send us screenshots of your active driver account right after you apply — it speeds up your approval and gets you ahead. Vehicles go first come, first served and availability is limited.

Not on Uber or Lyft? We’ll run your background check for $40 — or $60 bundled with your MVR. Either is simply due at pickup.

Two easy options: order your own Texas driving record at dps.texas.gov and email the PDF to info@flexearnfleet.com — or let us handle it for you for just $20, due at pickup. Either way, it’s required for every driver, and the sooner it’s in, the sooner you’re on the road.

You get a personal auto policy with a rideshare endorsement in your name, and we cover up to $300/month of the cost. That usually covers the entire cost of full coverage with a rideshare endorsement — most of our drivers pay nothing out of pocket. We walk you through the whole setup during onboarding.

We allow up to 2 late payments over 18 months (max 1 per 6-month period). A late payment within 48 hours incurs a $50 late fee. Payments more than 72 hours late may result in the vehicle being remotely disabled and recovered until the account is brought current.

We handle all maintenance and repairs at no cost (except damage you cause). For tires, go to any Discount Tire location — covered through our fleet account. If repairs take more than 24 hours, we provide a loaner vehicle so your income never stops.

After your 78th on-time payment, we transfer the title into your name and the car is yours to keep. You'll be responsible for the standard Texas title transfer and registration fees, and any applicable state taxes, at the time of transfer. No more weekly payments, ever.
